Meet at the gates by the museum. Gloves and bags are sorted. Usually done in about 90 minutes — lunch back at the masjid after.

Ramadan iftar deliveries with the foodbank
Volunteers from all four masaajid made up iftar boxes for Ipswich Foodbank families through the last ten nights. Around 1,400 meals, with help from Murrayfield and Springfield schools on the drop-offs.
Brothers' football tournament
Shah Jalal won on penalties. The raffle raised £2,300 — all of it went to the new madrasah library at Nawracy.
Weekend madrasah opens at Nawracy
Nawracy's weekend madrasah opened with 80 students on day one. Saturdays and Sundays, ages 5–14.
Open iftar at the Town Hall
Open iftar at Ipswich Town Hall — any faith, no faith. Around 500 came. The biryani team are still recovering.
